hi everyone, well my trip has started well, i have managed to win the 100 and 800m and was second in both the 200 and 400 in the track meet, the track was a very slow thick track and we had windy conditions so there was no fast times recorded.  i managed to finish 8th in the 10km road race, in 20.10 we had 12 guys cross the finish line in a very tight pack and i narrowly avoided crashing just before the finish and lost some places but im glad i didnt crash, now onto seville marathon next weekend
