Hi everyone sorry i have taken so long to put another post, but like has been very very busy last few months, my final results from Beijing was 2nd in 200, 3rd in 400, 4th in 800 and 9th in 1500, after the games i spent 2 weeks touring central china which was a real experience and very very enjoyable time, i took a nice long break from sport and just enjoyed life, finally getting back into serious trainin early december. I have finished 4th in OZ day 10km in Sydney, so the year has start ok and hopefully there is good things to come. I am flying out to Europe tonight for 5 months of racing and traveling, having fun and going to races i dont normally race at and just seeing as much of Europe as i can. I am going to try and keep everyone upto date with my travels so till next time,cya
