Well we made it to the final of the relay, we won our heat, with china breaking the world record in the other and beating the paralympic champions Thailand in the process. We are all happy that we got through, there is lots of improvement need to do well tonight we had the worse changes ever so if all goes well tonight we should do ok. We race at 5.45 Beijing time and later on tonight i have the 400 heat, i am heat 1 in lane 4.
