well, last night didn't go the way we wanted, not sure what i can say but we didn't have the race we wanted in the relay, our first athlete lost control and crashed and we had 2 other bad changes as well, to finish well outside the medals in 4th place with China breaking world record. The night did however finish ok, in very heavy rain i managed to have a good win in my heat of the 400mt, so im happy today with a rest day, i get to get out of the village for a few hours to relax and then rest up for the final on thursday night a 8.45 well till next time keep an eye out for me.
