Richard has reached the pinnacle of his sport, competing, traveling and training with the world’s best wheelchair athletes and now he wants to impart his hard learnt knowledge to help the next generation of achieve their goals.
Richard offers a range of services including Goal Setting coaching via correspondence with monthly one-on-one personal sessions covering a range of topics from Goal setting, defining your goals, reviewing month achievements, strategies to deal with stress, strategies to stressing less about situations which we can not control and much more.
