Richard Colman AM, World and Paralympic wheelchair racing champion, is now coaching in Melbourne and country Victoria.

Richard has reached the pinnacle of his sport, competing, traveling and training with the world’s best wheelchair athletes and now he wants to impart his hard learnt knowledge to help the next generation of athletes achieve their goals.

Athletics is for everyone – mind, body & soul - from the weekender wishing to stay fit and healthy to the elite athlete, providing amazing opportunities from local competitions, fun runs and marathons, right through to representing Australia at the Paralympics and traveling the world.

Richard offers a range of services from

- weekly group sessions, coaching via correspondence with monthly tailored training programs, one-on-one personal sessions and also regular gym support.

Athlete Monthly Review and 6 Monthly reviews, Goal setting sessions, Gym Testing/Results data Monitoring, Competition Assistance, Competition Planning, Review of Competitions/Race Analysis.

All athletes have an athlete agreement.

Training sessions vary from track sessions, road intervals, Hills sprints, Over speed session, Indoor roller session, Weights, Indoor Circuit session, Boxing session, Spin class, Theraband session, Swimming session, Core session.
